Dig deeper into the world of mining with this immersive, FREE, two-day overnight camp designed for rising high school sophomores, juniors, and seniors. Discover how essential minerals make their way from the Earth to the products we use every day. This hands-on experience goes far beyond coal — from modern surface mining to cutting-edge mineral processing and virtual underground mine exploration.

Thanks to generous support from the Women's Auxiliary to the American Institute of Mining Engineers and the Gimme Foundation, this camp is completely FREE for all participants. Lodging is provided for both campers and their accompanying parent or guardian.
